• Microcontroller/Microprocessor based board
• Using CPLDs, FPGA’s, DSP’s
• Multilayer, at least 4 layer
• Must have hands-on-experience in
• Schematics layout, component selection
• Board Audit and verification process

Must have worked at least on 2 board development projects

Familiar with ISO/CMM product development process

Good verbal, written communication and documentation skills selection

Team or Technical Leader:
In addition to the above, must have Customer facing skills for Team Lead level

Must have been a lead for team consisting of atleast 2/3 members.

Must have been a team leader for at least two projects

Must be familiar with MS project management tool

Good Team player

Experience in developing End user application in Industrial Automation, Control System, Data Communication, Military and Civil Aerospace application.

Knowledge about complete product life cycle development

Must be familiar with ISO/CMM development process

Good verbal and written communication and documentation skills

Willing to travel on short overseas assignment.

Team or Technical Leader :
In addition to the above, must  have been a lead for team consisting of atleast 8 to 10 members

Must have been a team leader for at least two projects

Must be familiar with MS Project management tool

• Experience or knowledge of EMI/EMC Certification.
